Does HobbyKing make anything like the Park Zone T28?

Just wondiering if Hobbyking makes anything comparable to the Parkzone T28. Looking at getting back into flying and want to start out as budget as possible to get going. Spending most my money on the New DX7. I really would like to get the ParkZone T28 and will if hobbyking doesn't make anything comprable. Any ideas? suggestions? Thanks.... Also is Hobby King stuff good quality or is it the old addage of "Buy Cheap Buy Twice." ? If they sell junk stuff I will go with teh parkzone version..
