Another Question: My RVOSD Gen 4 is showing the aux battery (I fly with a 500mah for video and a 2200 for main) voltage but it does not display the voltage or current sensor infor for the main flight batt.....what could cause this???? this rvosd has been in a few crashes and no longer has the heatshrink around it.....but its encase in a foam fuselage (easy*) ...cant figure out why i see info for the aux power batt and not the main???

Possibly your current sensor has burned out, has happened to me, that's how I knew I needed a new one. Got a new one and fixed the issue.

yeah they are cheap only $15 for a new cs, worth a try

I meant that the wind along that section of coastline was blowing directly along the coast, so there was no slope lift being generated. Where I launched from faced the breeze, so it was generating lift, but the coastline curves 90 degrees and makes no lift in the current wind direction.

I notice your using a bungee set-up to launch your X8, How many rubbers and what combination do you use, Im sick of hand launching as it too dangerous with this bird.

I strongly recommend kevlar gloves(and kevlar forearm protector). I hand launch some kind of monster flying wing with 13" inch propeller and I know that in the event of a propeller hit, all I am going to have is some bruises, but never the mess of clipped muscle and tendons that saw on a picture posted here some time ago.

Yes true Alex, But I also launch up to 20amp of 4S on board and I need two people, and preferably down a slope. I would like to be able to do a one man operation and also make it safer at the same time

do u have a LRS (like dragon link) or is that stock in your TX?
