He was asked to prove he was the holder of the card. The CC gateway would have put a stop on the payment and then asked the vendor to confirm the payment was not faudulent. It can happen but almost always with visa debit not visa credit...

Maybe since the trip is shorter from china to Aus makes it harder not to "Loose" or "Forget" to ship it, or maybe its from a diferent plant that goes to Aus, And the peoplethere aren't so careless,or maybe Aus has a warehouse themselves. Who knows???

How long is it taking for orders to get to the states using regular shipping? I know with EMS it takes around 4-5 days.

EMS is completely random, as are most the others. I had one EMS order that took 4 days from when the shipping company received it to arrival, my current order has been 'processing at sorting centre' for 6 days now.
