I succumbed to my urge and convinced myself to buy the GW Xieda 9958. Ordered a Red and White version from focalprice. Will post a review when I get it.

I just saw this thread. Has anyone ordered from Focal price and actual received anything? I placed an order on the 10th and can't even contact them.

The status of my GW 9958 shows "packing". I'm not too sure if that means they do not have ready stocks available. My experience with focalprice had been positive so far. All my items came on time without any issues.

Got in 24 sets (2 carton boxes) for try, heli and some parts already uploaded. Parts are still cheap. For my first impression, heli responses on tx is not as good as solo (it seems slower response) pro but the price is competitive for beginner's fun. Easy and cheap to repair.

 )plus Turnigy 160 at Hobbyking (in stock). A little friend for my Bravo SX and Solo Pro....

I've ordered my 9958 and some extra batteries for it on focalprice tonight. It shows the status as packing. I never had any problem with focal price, and I've ordered my T23 coaxial from them, and repair parts for it. And everything arrived fine, I bought many products from them every month.
I'm from Argentina, so shipping usually takes 20/30 days to get here, I hope it ship quickly, I will post if the Focalsprice status changes. |

Yeah, no-one would expect it to outperform the Solo Pro given the price, but the 9958 looks like a good choice for cheap fun.
By the way, will you be stocking the upcoming range of Nine Eagles helis such as the Solo Pro 328? |
