No, no bleed air or air bleed systems.

However, i do plan on leading edge flaps and variable thrust tail cone. Will be in fuse as in full scale.

i have spent the last 23 yrs working at Edwards AFB .....my Favorite plane to whatch and listen too is the F-104 ! there is no meaner sounding plane in the pattern than a F-104 .nasa flew them up untill the mid 90's i'd whatch it take off ,go back to work and come out about 25mins later and whatch them land . the SR and F-22 have a howl to them also ...but not as good as the F-104

That tail cone is really cool. Do you have it set so that the closed mode equals your ideal exhaust area?

this is the one we've seen working on the threads here, correct? it's operated by a pullstring system? if the open position is set to 100% FSA and then the closed is set to 85% FSA, that would be the best of bothe worlds, especially being a light setup. like I said, if it's not yours I saw working, I've seen one that was identical in operation and works well, while being light. looks like a winning idea to me.

It's an experiment. Generally, it should provide more thrust when open and more velocity when narrowed down. But either way, will look cool as it opens and closes just standing still. Although it open from thrust pressure. May have to re-work that part.

It was for a BVM sport jet back in the day. It does work off wires similar to the aluminum one that Frank Tiano Enterprises use to offer for BVM/Yellow size F-16s.

Wish I never sold my aluminum one.
