My favorite USA suppplier site said they had them and took my money on 12/24.........I called them yesterday, and they said they don't have any now............does anybody know where I can get one?? Anybody have an extra laying around I could buy??

Thanks for the tips guys.........The gear set feels fine.......just a sluggish then nonworking motor action.....wouldn't trust it even with a new gear set.

SUSA is out of them......Thanks though!!

Replaced my sluggish/non working AMD yesterday with one bought locally. (65 dollars ) Seems fine now.
Only need to adjust tail servo throw, mount the intestins and it should be good to launch on it's Phoenix flight...

Thanks!! I just emailed him to see if they have them in stock.

With the last one I bought, they usually say to call them if they are out. They didn't say that........even though they are backordered. Before I am on too many lists, I'd like to know if they really have them.

I would take you up on getting a servo from you, since you're in the lower 48, and shipping would be easier, but it looks like those have a little different speed and torque than the AMD's. It's funny how fussy we are. There's probably that much variation in different servos of the same model, but if anything went wrong.........and it sometimes does I'd kick myself........again.

I'm glad it sounds like they still make these servos and people will be getting them in.....eventually. Maybe they had to work out some bugs, and they will be even better.

Hope so!!!!
Feel I got my share of bad luck with the 09s.

Btw: wing only missing servo covers, drive-line mounted, sevos adjusted, Rx will be mounted tomorrow (pita to get the antennas out of the holes.) Wondering which prop/spinner to use: I can be a chicken and use the 32mm Graupner with RFM 15x16. This spinner will also take the 16x17 gladly. Still I'm tempted to make a hybrid spinner out of a 38mm RFM center piece and a HyperSpinner cone and use the RASA 15x18...
