While I'm waiting for Hyperion to tell me if I should return the servos to US or if I can claim warranty replacement i Norway I have time to mess around with other things. I just hooked up an ICE100 to the ARC/Kontronik/RASA drivetrain and gave it some juice for a static test.

40000rpm on motor (7692 on prop = 131mph pitch speed)
163amp at 16.2V = 2650watts

Here's the ICE logg:

BTW: All my faulty DS09s have the QC sticker number S060011K. Better watch out for those since Hyperion Europe admitted there were issues with some batches.

SO60011K is a model sub number I think, Ive had to buy gearsets for hyperion servos before. DS13's had two different numbers, with different gearsets in em for the *same* servo.

I had 6 DS13's, now I have none. All dead very quickly

Hyperion dont actually make the servos. Theyre made to hyperions spec by SJ propo.

I find that a little strange since Hyperion asked for those numbers specifically, and there were both AMDs and SCDs with the same number...

How are You my silent friend?
Thank You for all Your kind words about X-plane.

Yuri's Models X-plane (0 min 38 sec)

Another composites guru was at the feild today, your work on the X was greatly admired Yuri! "Who made that? Hows he done that??!!? ... etc etc etc" I replied - I dunno, some crazy russian guy named Yuri makes them, I just asked for one with flames on the wing

Yuri, I have the same pack which I will run with my Mega 16/40/1/KPG27 after swapping my Hacker. I still need to decide if I will be using my CC100 ICE or CC125

Any suggestion for a prop?

For X-plane this motor would be my choice for 6S
You can run it on same 16x17 slim,or better on RASA 15x18 prop.
Yuri.
