I would give it a week or two... with any luck, production may resume by then.

For what it's worth, the technical difficulties alluded to earlier in this thread have nothing to do with the plane; i.e., it's still the baddest, fastest, and most rigid pocket hotliner available today!

Id hold out for the X, but im totally biased, never seen a swist first hand.

The X is a 51mm weapon of mass winning, I have no more urges to get a flapped viper etc, A viper would have to have boobs on it for me too look getting one now

Hopefully Yuri gets on top of the problem soon, the world (and me) needs more X's.

Some people are on lists for certain planes for 6-8-10 months or more. I think it's worth waiting on...I doubt you would have to wait a that long.

Finally the pieces are starting to come together. After waiting 5 weeks for the right adapter flange for my gearbox it finally arrived today. Cleaned the KPG25 and re-lubed it with Klüber Isoflex NBU 15 and fitted it to the ARC 28-58-1. Tomorrow the motor mount and the wing servos are going to find their place and with a small amount of luck I'll be ready for maiden next weekend.

Just out of laziness, could some of you already flying this beauty advice me of the sweet spot CG and throws? (know the info is in here somewhere.....)

CG is from 48mm/beginning,safe,windy days/ to 60mm /pro pilot,bored and want to kill her on slow turn/from the LE.
I cant recommend my throws .

Mines around 52mm Arctery, im using throw Yuri recommended, they feel spot on too me (with ~30% expo)

Do you know if throws were stated somewhere or is it just in the Hitech setup file? (can't interpret those)

About a mothe ago I received the wing servos for my X (from AlleRC):
DS09 SCDs for ailerons and AMDs for the flaps.
Seems like I have some serious problems with them: both the SCD's just spin round and round when I apply power, and one of the AMDs won't center.

Have anyone else experienced this? Any advice on what to do?

What ?? never heard of it, and both the SCD and AMD having problems..

All my AMD (I only have them) are perfect, no slop, perfect center..

What do you mean by spin around ? like a motor 360 degrees around ?




Makes me wunder what the problem could be, what receiver ?
