I managed to get a bit more done. Fabricating the control horns was a pain and seemed to take forever to get done. Might have beed a tad easier with the right tools and if I had somewhere besides the dinning room table to work.
So, control horns made and installed. Esc/motor soldered. Push rods assembled. Pretty much servos, RX, balancing, fine tunning, etc is all that's left to do. The worst of it is done...hopefully .
