nice one, I knew it was around 1500kv, just didnt find that mega on their site, but ofcourse, E rotor

I am going for Mega 22/45/2, 6s 2650mah, 200A HK esc and my 7x13 prop.... should be around the same rpm, maybe a bit higher... we dont need to be afraid of the prop failing, hehe,,, I think it can take 4 times more power..

Not in your X, I suppose? Unless the motor is recessed and you have a loooong shaft and a bearing embedded in your fw.... Wow! I just invented something, didn't I?

Naa, its going in my Trick Pylonracer.... but I was thinking for a long time what you just did, putting a mega 16/40 on 5s with that prop,,, and now you got the 16/45

I had a BLAST flying the X today,tell the landing ....Seeing how the Daytona RC Field is very close to the ocean,we can get some very funky wind from the East....Now over the years,i have become very used to it,but once in a blue moon,no matter what you do,the wind will bite you......On the first landing try,there was so many holes in the air,i just did not feel it,so i went around,then right before i was going to touch down,the wind pushed the X down hard,then lifted the right wing,causing it to catch the wet ground.....I was on the stix hard,but it just did not respond....wind can be a crazy thing when there is a big tree line behind you ...the repair came out perfect,the paint is now drying...i will fly it some more tomorrow .

My math says 13" of pitch at 20K is 246MPH.

Considering inefficiencies, I'm wondering if this might do 220?

That would be a setup I would consider re-doing my X with.

VooDoo.. I love your vids! Just wondering if you have thought of competing at some pylon racing events? Not sure if they run any F5D type racing in your area? Or even turn up with your F5D setup at an IC event... I am sure they would love to at least see a demo around the pylons...
