Its oversize by about a mm, so you'll need to tweak it too fit your fuse. I Recommend roughening up the edges to get the glue to bite better. I file slots around the circumference, seems to work well.

Will likely require some tweaking to the aft lower edges to clear epoxy around the spar.

BTW Jacko, this is how I did setup my A9 BODA antenna on the X-Plane. Over 30 flights rock solid signal. The antenna wire sits in a teflon tube provided by Richard (la528it) which makes the antenna wire a bit stiffer.

Is that an Rx pack I can see through the cooling hole?

I have a hyperion life 850 2S here, was gonna use that but its a bit big, might be able to jam it in though

I like to make my own RX packs using AAA Eneloops NiMh. I know its 1G technology but it works and I have a lot of flexibility with how I layout the cells. I have the RX pack and Optima 7 taped together.

This will be my plane number 1, and it will hang in livingroom, I will take away my VIPER and put the X-plane there instead, The VIPER will get the second best place

Nope, better look at it more often, and fly sometimes, its a special plane, I can fly the Viper, if I crasch it, then I can order the same one, with the X-plane, its so custum made, even if I ask yuri to make one more, it will not be the same, like a custom car , the first is the original ..

My thoughts about my X-plane are simular. However, a thoroughbred like the X-plane will not do very well being corraled for very long. Not being able to stretch her legs and run in wide open spaces may likely cause her severe depression, and she may run away when turned loose. Besides, you can get spare parts from Yuri

After you get'er dialed in and fly her a few times...then see if you can keep from flying more than keeping it static

We used to tease our buddies that had really nice planes that they never, or rarely flew...you don't want to be "that guy"

The planes I fly mostly is the ones I dont care so much about, the easier flyers with the cheapest setups..

my funjet ultra @ 1750 watts just hangs on the wall, my original 1000watt funjet I fly all the time..

I guess we are all different.

But of course, I WILL fly it, more then once
