For the underbelly print it to "fit the page" on 8-1/2" X 11" page size. It comes out @ 144%.

I find it easier to use a PDF with my printer but I also included the jpg if those are better for you.

This explains why my T-45 flies like crap - i'm only getting 60 grams of thrust WOT on 2s 500's 5 blade - (turnigy plush 6 amp esc)

i wonder where i can get an extra 20 grams thrust?

wide open throttle airframe nose down on gram scale (zeroed).

i also did a test that produced the same results with the edf out of the airframe facing down on a mount (open intake/exhaust) the gram scale (zeroed).

multiple tests, different 2s batteries (360, 460, 500mah) all full charged... results were always 58-65 grams.

2 different ESC's - stock esc and plush 6amp ESC.

I"ll try doing that tonight.

it sounds well smooth enough at wide open, no nasty vibrations... although there's a couple spots over the travel of it.

No, I didn't mean you/your A-10 Jon, I meant in general. But I am looking forward to what you think about yours once you get it in the air

I figured these would be available for purchase by now...

I figured that was what you meant Sammy ... but I thought I would play along a little with you. I am sure they will be along soon.

Hi Jon, after you have maiden the A-10, can you share your thoughts on how it compares with the 50mm version?
I'm considering the 2. The retracts and the steerable nose wheel on the bigger bird is very attractive to me.
But I am curious if the 35mm A10 flies better out of the box than the 50mm A10, and if it can handle the wind as good as the 35mm Mig 29.
Thanks a bunch.

Throttle calibrated - no crazy throttle curves or endpoints (100%) set.
Amp draw 3s 460: 5 amps WOT 90 grams thrust
Amp draw 2s 500: 3.5 amps WOT 55 grams thrust...

I think your 2S lipo's might suck .. got any with a little kick in them (high C rating - not from HK)?

Yeah, definitely sounds like it could be a rating issue. Try with a larger pack and see how you go. I ran my MiG-15 with a Rhino 3s 600mAh pack and it was a hoot!

Cheers - boingk
