Here is a simple diagram of the power distribution I am considering. I don't have room for many options so I hope this isn't horribly wrong.

The distance across the long horizontal runs is approximately 18 inches. I am a little confused about what my actual battery lead lengths are. I know you need to keep the battery leads as short as possible or add lots of capacitors. From any battery to an esc the point to point distance is short but across the whole thing it is long.

I have the long horizontal runs to have both batteries in parallel to all the esc's so I cant lose a motor is a cell dies.

You'll get many different answers on long battery leads, but I will state again that I have been using long battery leads for quite some time and have never had a problem.

Here's a possible alternative, I assume you are doing a four motor model.

Your diagram shows both batteries in parallel, (same voltage, double the capacity). I have one battery driving the inboard pair, and one driving the outboard pair.

Ah!, I see from your previous posts it's a quadcopter, so yes, your diagram is Ok.
