I wish they had the kit in the USA warehouse... I'm thinking of taking the guts out of my EZ* and and moving it into this...

Although, for only $20 more, I guess the ARF might be worth it...

Yep, ARF includes the 4 servos, and brushless motor, and perhaps even the prop/adapter not bad for additional $20

and US warehouse shipping much cheaper than shipping from Hong Kong.

Anybody know how the Kit comes delivered? Is the fuse split in half and need to be glued? Or does it come put together with wires run already?

You're getting the kit? And you think it'll arive in 5-6 days? I thought that was only in the international warehouse? Personal experience tells me it'll take much longer than that...

Ok, so you must have ordred the ARF from the US warehouse. I'm interested in the kit version so I can drop in my 2200 kv brushless. I guess I could get the ARF, but I don't really need the motor.

You know what, this is a pointless debate. To ship the kit version to me costs around $30, to ship the ARF version from the US is only $11. This makes the total price nearly identical.

So... I guess I'll just get the ARF.

yeah, I ordered the ARF from the US warehouse, as you said, it's only $20 more, actually less when you consider how much you saved with the $11 USPS Parcel Post shipping as opposed to nearly $37 from Hong Kong, so the added brushless motor and the 4 servos is practically a free gift.

Depends on what lipo you will be using. personally, I like using a 2S 2200mah, and a 2700-2800 kv motor flying my Easy Stars and EZ clones, and turning an APC 6x4E, this combination gives me excellent speed and climb, yet light weight and retains the floaty characteristic of these planes for power off soaring without sacrificing aerobatic potential.

If you want to use a 3S battery, to turn a 6x4E prop, you would need a motor with a slightly lower KV, around 2200kv.
