I finally got around to mounting a gopro on my scarab so I hope to be shooting good clips in the near future. Ive got the scarab euro version so it wasnt quite as easy to mount the camera like it is with the bigger quad. Had to make up a mounting plate and move things around a bit to restore balance. Test video looks really good and theres no problem lifting the extra weight. R2 720 shows a lot of the front booms, motors & props. R5 1080 shows just a bit of the props but if I crop this footage to 720 its all clear and looks great.

I was out sailing for 3 days, 20 mph winds, the Scarab came with me and finally I could do 3 flights today before coming back to the marina. I will post the film soon. Gregory

Success story of a MultiWiiCopter pilot....

I can't believe my eyes... I post a video, go offline for a few days come back and!!! My latest video has gone viral among the SF/Bay Area Bicyclists. The video has gotten almost double the amount of views in two days, compared to the most watched video that's been up for 10 months!

The video was featured in few local online magazines and websites too.

I think the copters are the stars... No one really cared about my name, they wanted to know what I was flying and where to buy one.
