Yes, I think it can be. I just looked at dozens of PA-18 photos, and it appears that some have dihedral and some appear to have none. Perhaps the owner can choose to have the aircraft rigged with or without. What is not scale are the "Gulliver's Travels" sized bolts on the jury struts and the rivets the size of dinner plates on the cowl. Still, this looks pretty nice for an ARF! I think this is a really nice candidate for some ARF bashing with new fabric and paint. And definitely floats!
