Wow... Kyosho must be taking marketing tips from Venom... How much longer do we have to wait..? The Yamaha has been around for a bit... What's the hold up with the others..? I was really hoping to one before Christmas... But I dunno if they'll be out in time...

Oh... And I gotta agree with you guys... It would be real nice to have a whole grid full of bikes to choose from... Dunno if the market will be big enough for autoscale to reproduce anything though... Lucky there's a bunch of good tips on this site to help make decals, and painting tips too...

We're in the works of racing these little motorcycles too. We have 4 of them and three of us know how to drive them pretty well on our track already (I still need one of my own though). We haven't done much "racing" with them yet because we're still racing cars every week.

I was wondering what kind of setup changes and possibly modifications other people have made to make these little things handle track driving better? The stock bike handles great but the steering response is pretty slow through tighter sections of an 1/18 scale race track. One racer ground a piece down from the down stop on the rear swing arm. It raised the rear of the bike which got the fork rake steeper and that helped quite a bit. He also tried using a rubber band in place of the tiny flexible metal piece for steering linkage. The rubber band actually worked really well. It had a bit less give so the steering was more responsive but it still let the bike track on its own. Has anyone messed with the front forks much?

Here's the bike in action on our track. We're redesigning the track soon which will be better for our cars and the motorcycles with more route options.

The Al shocks are still vaporware. But an X-Speed motor is on the way -- interesting...

I was told the d'nano motor is a direct fit. There's your x-speed.
