I have available a Lil Toni that was an F1 racer.
I hadn't flown one of these in over 20 years but took it out last week and ran it on 15% Nitro. Turned about 16+K on the ground (it needs more nitro to turn 21K like it should) Flew it and it flew straight and true and didn't thrown a wing in a hard turn.
So if you want to relive the old F1 day's here is a way to do it.
This model comes with a K&B Racing 6.5 F1 engine with rear venturi (no throttle just a fuel pinch) and rear exhaust tube and is ready to fly with servos. Just add your battery pack and receiver. It even has a hand made F1 prop on it.
The finish I would describe as good but not perfect. There are a few imperfections that you can see in the pictures but they don't effect it's performance.
When the plane was stored away the engine was coated with Marvel Mystery oil and turned over perfectly.

Wow, very cool. Any clue what kind of speeds are you seeing out of this?

With high nitro (60-70%) it should turn 21K on the ground and unload to 25-26K in the air and do 185-195mph maybe more.
I ran it on 15% the other day and ran it a bit fat and was only turning 16K on the ground and would estimate 140-145mph.
