APC or tank recovery vehicle?
Back in the '70s I was a mechanic in a National Guard armor unit. I spent a lot of time around the M113 armored personal carrier and the M88 tank recovery vehicle, also the M48 and M60 tanks. Exact versions escape me now.
Anyway, I thought it would be fun to have an R/C version of one of those in 1/16 scale. I've looked around and only found the M113 in China (KennysTanks?) and the price was way out of my reach.
Does anyone know of a kit for either of those vehicles in 1/16th scale? I've even thought of buying a bare chassis for something else and building the upper stuff myself; the tracks and road wheels wouldn't be correct but I'm not too obsessed scale accuracy (sorry, I know lots of armor guys are).

Although it's out of production, there is a 1/18 R/C M113 that shows up on eBay from time to time. It's more toy-like but can be improved on.
