Reverse motor direction?
Hey guys... I'm only about a year into electrics and I've never come to this problem before now.
After hooking up the ESC to battery and motor the prop is moving in the wrong direction. Which on of the two colored connectors to the motor do I reverse, the black & red?
Thank you for your help..

Why not just fly backwards
ANY two wires... with sensorless brushless motors it simply does not matter what two wires you choose... some ESC's and motors don't even have color coded wires
Just read your post again... it this a BRUSHED set up? if so you don't want to reverse polarity at the motor UNLESS your sure the motor is timed for 0 degrees. If it's not timed for 0 Degrees and you reverse polarity it will not give as much power as it could and will not last as long as it should. Some ESC's have a program feature that allows you to reverse the motor, check that. Does this set up have a gear box? if so you may need a reversed pitch prop.

Swapping any two of three wires is for the esc-motor connections, NOT the battery-esc connections (which is only two but you said black/red).
