I have purchased 6 of these ESCs and whenever i enter the programming mode by putting the throttle stick at full and then powering the ESC,the beep sequence for brake setting starts. no beep is heard for the throttle calibration like mentioned in the manual. im stuck at the throttle calibration. anyone having the same problem? and what is the solution or am i doing it wrong?

That is in your radio setting.. They differ from radio to radio. In JR it's servo travel .. put up to 125% and down to 125% See what that gets ya.

I have a few of these ESC's which are sold under another name from a different vendor. The throttle range is self calibrating and is not programmable.

It will set 'zero' throttle at power up. Ensure the TX is ON, throttle at minimum, and trim centered before powering the plane. If you don't follow this startup procedure, you will end up a motor that needs a fair bit of throttle before it spins.

Full throttle appears to be preset and should work with most TX's.

Of course if you fly Futaba, then you need to reverse the throttle channel to make these ESC's work.

You may want to pick up the programming card if you get a chance:

It may sound silly, but are you plugging your esc into the right port on the rx? JR trottle port is #1 and Futaba is #3. Do you have it plugged in upside down? Nothing works in either case.
Just thought I'd ask, I just did it myself today while programming a new esc.
I can be done!! hehe Doug B
