New from Multiplex: EasyStar

My EasyStar arrived today. It will replace the Teddy and is designed for beginners. Pretty big 54" wingspan. That's what the box looks like:

Nice ...
The sturdy Twinjet Elapor or breakablle styro?
No ailerons I guess?
Speed 400 pusher?

The whole model is made from white and blue Elapor. Rudder, elevator and motor control. Permax 400 pusher. Clever details, like the snap-lock system from the Micro-Jet for the canopy. More pictures over the weekend.

The fuselage comes in two halves. Note the structures inside:

The rudder is rather small - helps to avoid "overcontrol" by inexperienced pilots.

Last, but not least, the well known Multiplex accessory pack. The velcro is now red and the Permax 400 also comes from a different manufacturer:

Putting the components together for a photo. A bit of Twin-Star (fat fuselage), Teddy/Tipsy (pusher motor concept) plus Wingo/Lift Off style wings and stab.
