The volunteers are just incredible at NALL. To put on the worlds best RC show and smile while they are doing it is priceless. What a great show!.

I was there all week also and I saw Joe's show and heck I can fly like he does, I do it all the time in my dreams and sometimes better then that.
For the people that did not see his show or you have seen him on youtube I am here to tell you that youtube gets close to what he was doing but being there 20ft away, I have been watching and flying RC for 30+ years and I have seen the best of the best but this young man put on a SHOW STOPPER both days and Mom and Dad should be proud, His maneuvers were so crisp and so precise It was a pleasure to watch him fly. I see why Somenzini retired and going on to better things, AMAZING flights Joe keep it up hope to see you next year when you have 3.5 years of flying under your belt.

You watch him fly you would swear that him and that plane are connected as 1 and there was nothing that would differ from that during his flights I think he has some electronic gezmo connected to his brain and the plane receiver and he just visualize's what that plane should do.
again GREAT JOB JOE.

now i have been home here in NM for 4 days now and I still can not get his flights out of my head, I am even telling people that don't even fly about it and there enjoying it.
just my 2cents

Joe is like the the best thing to RC in a long time. Joe is also a very nice Young Man! He even signed my son's hat. I told him to put the date so we can kid him in a few years when he is even more famous. Looking forward to seeing him again next year! at SEFF and Joe Nall.

This is SOOO true.. Very humble.. Just wants to fly like the rest of us!! Him and Andrew are some of the BEST there is.. I have met some of the other TOP pilots and they won't give you the time of day..

Stay that way JOE!! You ROCK!!

Yep, class act family, and one bad pilot. Was a pleasure to meet them at Nall and a thrill to watch him flying!

As for thanking the volunteers, I especially want to thank the bus drivers (those things were hot mid day) and everyone with golf carts, trucks, cars, etc with empty seats that were willing to pick people up and drop them off at the other end!

I have said it before, but I'll say it again... I only "wish" I could fly 1/4 as well as Joe does.... Fantastic flier!!!

And....the vids done by Mom, and edited by Dad, are phenomenal too!!!

Nicely done indeed. Thanks for the show.

And hey, save some of that talent for the rest of us, will ya?

Rockin' the 8FG too I see. Think I'll post a link to the video in the 8FG thread in the radio section. Let the guys see what it's capable of (when properly used).
