Okay guys and girls.
WEBEX is open for Open discussions.

Quadrino & MultiWii 101

FlyingEinstein will be hosting a webex class each Sunday @ 3PM EST for an introduction to wiring the Quadrino and initial installation and configuration of the MultiWii Configuration software. This is a group discussion and a Question and Answer period will follow and asking questions during the webex is also encouraged. If you are having difficulties with setting up the Quadrino this is your chance to get your questions answered and your quad flying.

Password is always "quad"

What voltage do guys say is fully discharged on a 3S lipo battery? Everywhere I read it say not to discharge below 3 volts per cell. That would be 9 volts. When I get done flying, my battery charger still says there is 11.1 to 11.6 volts depending on how long I fly. I have a 3S lipo that is rated for 3000 ma. When I charge the battery at 1.5 amps it takes 1:54 to 2:00 hours to charge. That tells me that I drained the battery almost dry. But according to allot of posts I've read, it is not totally discharged until 9 Volts. I realize that I'm not supposed to discharge all the way, but which is right. I would vote on the latter.

I cut mine off at 3.2 volts per cell.
It is safer than 3.0 volts.

Is it not automatically defined when you choose which board you have in the sketch? I thought it did, I've never defined them individually. Mine seems to work.

I accedently deleted the sketch i was using so i had to reset it up the way i had it in 2.0 plus add the GPS in 2.1.

Man did realize you did a webex yesterday, guess ill catch you on sunday.

H e should check anyway.
Ohters have gotten the code from goggle code.
There you have to define it all. At least I do it anyway!
Then he needs to set it in his GUI by clicking the boxes
I have the webex open right now!

I did, I know all about advertising we talked about it Sunday. Monday, Tuesday, and wed morning.
Did my part!
Not everyone has an excuse like you!
I made some new antennas and they are better than the last two. I got the 1.3 perfected.
Now I need to order more ends all out!
One more board to go and then batts and maybe two more 1450's.

Oh wait, I got one new on my desk, just need to get the back boards cut sqaure!

My old eyes only work when I am flying!
Every RX antenna I have made tunes in at 1.4 SWR.
Any lower and they don't rx so well.
But theat info works on all rx antennas!
The TX ones are either flat or near it.
1.0 -1.3 SWR.
I really love the tricks I applied to the RX antenna. 500 feet away thru 3 garage doors and still had a good signal!
