Also New control horns

Right now they can be purchased extra ... we will eventually add them as standard equipment in all our kits.

Hi guys,

I am very excited to see Greg get the wmparkflyers.com MX2 into production. I know Greg appreciates your patience but I know you will be pleased with the final product. I will be assembling a MX2 over the course of the next few days and will post numerous photos of the build process. Also as soon as the weather here in Michigan permits I'll post some video flying the MX2 outdoors. Until then I've posted a few pictures of the final prototype.

Stay tuned.

I knew this one had potential from the very first flight as seen in the video Greg posted above.

How did they mount the Motrofly 2205-1800 in the 3rd video? I have one of these motors and it does not fit in the stick mount.

There is a 10mm to 8mm bearing tube adapter that needs to be purchased. The supplier was out of them when I ordered my the new motors. My next project is to get some quoted and made so I can get the mew motor as well as the adapter on the site as a motor upgrade.

Hi guys,
When I flew the MX2 I'll have to say that airplane is a absolutely great flyer
It is very stable in 3D and rock solid in a hover. It does fantastic 3D. I highly reccomend that airplane. WMPF did a great job on this creation

The prototype shows CF on the ailerons but I don't see it mentioned on the web site. Was this on the proto only or is it included in the kit?

My last prototype was the only one to have the carbon on the ailerons. It was not found to be necessary and I don't believe the production kits have it. Obviously it can be added by the customer if they want to try it.

Thanks, I was just curious. On EPP ailerons i've tried adding CF diagonally corner to corner, and small diagonals like on the fuselage and although it did stiffen them it really didn't seem to make much difference.

The MX2 looks great.

Thanks Azarr, I hope you decide to try one.

My goal with the design of the MX2 was to retain the smoothness of the McFoamy but also give it "wild side". As seen in the videos it you can really foamy snap it and wad it up but it still is extremely easy to hover and torque roll.
