Correct. The DX8 has what you want.

Well, many guys are selling their DX8, because they didn't get what they expected:

Is this a Horizon Hobby offer..?
I see nothing on their website about it.

Ok..someone here advised me to "check with your LHS regarding the 2 for 1 Rx deal with purchase of DX8" ....and they were correct..!!!!!!!

This deal is from HH to ALL DEALERS ..my LHS had two on back order. They now have one spoken for. I said it would be a dealbreaker..

Nice marketing tactic to maybe offset possible slowed down sales from issues being reported and spread.

I really don't think that is happening
However the intro of the new 7channel will likely prompt a balancing of inventory .
PS what makes you feel that sales have slowed as a result of forum chatter?

As much as YOU don't think it is, others might might think so.

PS: I visited my LHS who back when I bought my DX8 they wanted me to buy a Futaba (futaba guys) Now they got a one or two on the shelf (DX8) and they have an easier time to push futaba when people google/search for reviews and comments on the DX8 and then threads after threads and videos after videos on YT show issues.

Heck I don't care if they sell a gazillion or sell just a couple, despite my issues I still enjoy mine even after finding out I need to send it back for a second time.

Andy made it clear that they have no intentions of using these files for anything but the specific Tx they were built for as backups and to publish setups from the spectrum site. With no way to validate if the files are in the correct format and aren't corrupted it's hard to trust a file that some random person posts on the net.
