Timing is everything

I saw this one in a great deal of trouble while in flight. Was waiting for the landing. Didn't end well.

Was that this weekend? I saw that plane in Richard's collection of stuff he had out in the pits.

The owner / pilot goes by the name of Doc. Photo was taken in May of 2010. I believe they do fly well in the right hands and with the correct CG.

You know, I was looking at the pic again after posting, and it looks like that one was IC powered. The one Richard had this weekend was electric.

I remember watching that flight. In my head I kept screaming "Put it down, put it down!".

Yea, Each time he went to try to land it me and my Dad were like OOH! He should have landed there! He tried at least 3 times, and he should have just cut the power and landed it.

It looks like this thread started off with one of the evils of model planes, crashes. So... Keeping with the trend here are a few more. Both flew again.

2010 Jet Rally at the AMA Field.

Gonna change things up, here is a Tri-Plane that was not involved in any crash.
