Don't feel bad about the horse fly... I crashed because Jap hornets were buzzing around me.... Looked away... looked back, plane in a WOT nose dive of death...

They have never been discontinued.....they have just been hard to get , on and off availability for some time....

After Peter Kent sold us ( Fivestar products UK ) The Miniature Aircraft Factory we made the kits for the Searching on and off untill 2003 , then a few batches here and there till last year, All the ones we did were diecut unlike Peters kits (he used a bandsaw) ,we have introduced some kits already and from June this year the laser cut Searching 400 kits will be available from the UK `FMK models` or `The Miniature Aircraft Factory` websites and maybe at some shows in the UK if i have time to get there.

Picked up another Peter Kent built Searching 400 as a replacement, for a song - lovely model, very well built and true. the motor and motor switch are ancient, and will get a brushless transplant and hopefully the little Searching will be back in the air again very soon.
