So, the Cambrian Bf109e is undergoing another transition. Having successfully made the leap from Enya .25SS power to AXI 2820/10 brushless electric, she's about to try her luck as a PSS slope soarer. I was so impressed by my new clubmate Derek's Cambrian Spitfire, operating off the slope on Sunday, that I reckon that the Spitfire needs some company.
The motor, esc, switch harness, motor mount are all removed, the spinner is having some holes filled with epoxy and microbaloons, ready to take some ballast and a new 2.4ghz receiver and battery pack is lined up to go in. Pictures to follow.
