Wow, yeah I can't keep up..I was browsing a Forestry Suppliers catalog today and they had the Optio W90 for sale there....now its the WG-1 thats the latest and greatest.
I use my W60 for stills as the 28 mm focal length (the widest angle the 90 and the WG-1 go also) isn't really wide enough for video, particularly if it is the least bit windy/bumpy. The field of view is too narrow for flight and I get motion sick from watching the videos.
I like my Drift HD170 for video as an alternative to GoProHD. It is a little more aerodynamic.
Everything works...I'm to the point I just have to use what I've invested in.
