Poor customer service from horizon these days?
Is horizon hobby just really busy these days or something? I cant get an email back from them.
I had two issues with my blade mcp x right outta the box!
A bearing failed in one of the servos, and my swash had too much play in it...
The heli was having a seizure the first time I took it up.
But at least my grips were fine eh? I emailed about those too, but I did receive them even though the adress was totally wrong and I didnt even know they got my email....
Anyone else having problems?

I got email response in about 3 days, replacement battery for one flying short. I think they actually prefer you to call them and the techs only do email when they're not doing calls. Wait time can be long but they will take your number and call you back instead of holding the line for a half hour.
