Here is proof of concept - Few minor tweaks - but overall very satisfied - camera height could range up to 4.5" x 5.25" Servo test need to be made - Platform needs to lower about 1/2" to allow for more roll compensation -

I could probably be shipping them as early as Friday or Saturday.

Need to make another G10 order. That would put the first cuts around Tuesday/Wednesday.

Take care, Matt

Was there any way to accomodate a 6" plate for larger cameras? i.e. Canon 5dmkii, D300, 7d? It looks like it would limit the roll axis a bit but could be solved by moving the brace in the leg up possibly and maybe a lower one as well?

You guys should do a load test to see what is breaking point is.

Great job all the same. It will certainly focus on most users who want to use a prosumer compact point and shoot camera.

Bigger is in our near future - Both landing gear and camera mounts - We are looking at doing an HD version of the x468

Thanks Grips - A larger camera plate will require larger landing gear - This will all be incorporated into the HD version -

Nice, sign me up. Can I order the frame and this mount at the same time? I just got my HoverflyPro and need a nice frame, with nice landing gear, and a nice camera mount setup. I just supply the booms, servos and electronics, right?
