making aileron pushrods
Curiously those were far easier than making the pushrods for the CloudsFly wich are made from far thinier wire with snap connectors..
Lookin for ideas i found a nice procedure of making snake-bend pushrods bends here: http://www.flyrc.com/080851 As the Ninja has 4 threaded 1,5mm diameter wires..and since im using dual wing servos rather than a single servo i had 2 left.. so making the snake bend and cutting and they were ready... and the quick links from the kit make them easy to adjust afterwards if needed (unlike the snap conector ones wich require unscrewing a not so good quality screw).. With this.. only "glueing" the servos in place and installing electronics is left apart from final covering.. wich will take more time to decide than make itself probably |
