I've had many Cubs over the years, from a small Sterling 30" Cub (TD020) to a quarter-scale Sig (and soon a Hangar 9 quarter-scale Cub).

My perennial favorite has been my 80" Thunder Tiger J-3 Cub ARF. If you can find one of these NIB, snatch it up. A great model in every way.

Throw some yellow up there and chase away all the sky trash-- Cubs are the BEST!!

The engine is a DLE 170 twin cyl gasoline. With a 32 X 10 prop

Thank you. I have a Great Planes Cub, Goldberg Cub, another Sig 1/6 Cub regular and Clipped wing waiting to be built, also will buy a 1/4 scale. The Herr was a fun build but there is a better version made by Alien Aircraft. Same person that designed the Herr Cub also designed this Cub so it is the exact same except it has much needed ailerons.

Here's my Goldberg Cub on floats. That me on the bank. The second picture is of Green River Lake, Campbellsville, KY. I have a Golberg Cub being converted to a J-2. I'm waiting for nice weather to paint my SIG 1/6 Cub converted to a PA-12. It has a tow release, plug-in wings, navigation lights and functioning door. It'll be the classic cream and red.

Hello everybody from Italy!

Here's my 2010-2011 winter project as it is being balanced with the floats. I have maidened the plane on wheels, but crazy spring winds have prevented me from flying off water yet.
