Well, I have my SF 240.

Soldered it yesterday (pics taken prior to soldering).

It is very big compared to the SF 200. I also compared it to the Caste Cremations 240HV yesterday & even my 200 dwarfed the Castle, so, as you can imagine the difference between the two was even more dramatic than what you see in these pics.

I got it here in Australia for less than OSE has them for! Let me make it clear that I only paid wholesale. Although, there is a site here in Aust that has them quite cheap.

Now I need some 4S packs and finish repainting the hull.

If you use the 'Search' function, you will see that you talked about it and never completed the project!

Get out of my thread, I don't need or want your input!

I'm building what I'm building & unlike you, I'll actually finish it!!!

If anyone gets offended with what I said, then bad luck, I'm sick of this clown talking crap & wasting valuable space & oxygen.

Ok, I talk the talk, now I'm finally walking the walk!

Took me a while to find this thread!

I got back to my rebuild today.

Began sanding the hull. Still have a bit to go yet. I'll post pics when I finish sanding tomorrow.
27 degrees celcius tomorrow. Booyah!

I also installed hatch latches last night. The metal tongues that hold the front in were done after I split the hull last time. See below.

New work.....

Some of you may think, "Why bother?", it was my first fast boat and I've spent a lot of time and money on it. I find RC therapeutic.
Usually, I'm racing off road, but, I'm heading to Vietnam for 1 month to ride a motorbike from Saigon to Hanoi and back and thought I might get something done to this before I kill myself on Vietnam's crazy roads. Plus, cars, are a little off putting atm, too many idiots take racing too seriously, so, I'm going back to my roots and enjoying the hobby for what it is......a hobby!

Boat is mostly stripped of colour as are my fingers of skin!
Canopy/hatch next then the high fill/primer and onward to the masking for colour.

I have no idea yet.

Probably get one of my mates to airbrush my mate's hobby shop colours and logo.

I also found a new place to run this baby on 8s. Plus, we can run many other larger boats here.

It's an old quarry that has filled with water over time and I was originally advised that it had high salinity, but, after visiting it today and tasting the water, it's like drinking mineral water.

It's a beautiful place too, well below ground level, so, we won't be seen or heard by nosy passers by. Saw fish jumping on the other side too!

It's approx 400m from left to right and approx 250-300 from standing point to opposing bank and very deep! I might have to go scuba diving there sometime.

And a panoramic shot. Galaxy S3, pretty good.

I'm back peeps!

It's been a long bloody time too!

Quick run down on the last few months.

Went to Vietnam for a motorbike ride from Saigon to Ha Noi with a mate. That got screwed up by the weather from the tail end of the typhoon that devastated the Philippines.
Met a chick (a local), spent a lot of time with her over that month from Nov 11 to Dec 13. Went back for another month on 24th Jan for Lunar New Year.
Get back late Feb, a week later I get the "We need to talk" message......... Jump on Skype, to the ultrasound picture of our kid!

Hahahahaaa, so funny. Never mind, I'm making an honest woman of her and heading back later this month to marry her.

In the mean time since than, I've been working on a few new projects.

My Genesis, sits unpainted gathering dust.......I'll get to it.

Now I'll jump to the Gas>>>>Electric Conversion thread.
