I definitely would like a few of those props!

Thanks for the heads up on those props! Couldn't have came at a better time!! I picked up a set for the quad just now.
Other than price what is the difference between "Carbon Filled" and "Carbon Fibre" props?

They are injected molded with chopped strands, not made from a cloth lay-up process.
I would assume then that they would not be as strong. Probably more prone to shatter.

So these carbon fibre props are made with a layup process, and should be stronger?

I can't tell you if these are made by a lay-up process or not. That would be something to ask Paul (Witespy).
I recon when they say full or filled that's what their referring to.

I never heard about Horyzon until I ordered my Witespy. I'm glad I went with it I just wish now I would have got the goggle package as well! It will be quite a few months until I can purchase some goggles or monocular!
My suggestion to anyone planning on buying the Witespy is to go ahead and get the goggles! I think you will thank me later for it! Their is just so much more you can do if you have them not to mention all the fun you'll have flying your quad! If you can't afford it at the time then you may want to do the research and plan for them later.

Cheers,
~griz

Thanks Grizzle.

To bad those CF props don't have some color choices. I use the orange and green props to help with orientation. I would need to put some paint on the CF props.

I hear ya! I wish they would come in several different colors! I'm currently using the same color props you are plus the orange ball. Looks like I'll just have the ball to go by when I get the new CF props. I would like to put lights on it for orientation and remove the ball all together. I'm just working that out as I go, I find that letting things just take their natural course, the ending results are allot more rewarding! I try not to rush things basically.

I got to see Alan's "Flip" quad flying in the daytime and it was amazing how you could see the green LED lites in full sunlight. Definately helpful with orientation especially when it's doing flips Lol.

That would be cool! I'd like to see one of those in real time action!
I know what you're talking about with green LED's and want not. I have green laser scopes. Green is the best (chosen) color for daytime shooting and other hobbies.
I had considered red in the rear and blue in the front but like I stated in the previous post, "I like to let things run their course" I'm glad I did wait on the lights because you just reminded me how green shows up better in the daytime.

Thanks,
~griz

Great composition. The video felt like the opening to a Stephen King movie
