I didn't fly in wind but the extra weight certainly makes tumbles, snaps etc more "violent". It also makes "big sky" maneuvres really really beautiful. 4s makes me see why Shaun calls it a 3D racer. It's fast but still super accurate, and a fast past followed by a "bank and yank" will see it turn tight and hold it's line with no hint of snap, it really does look like a mini Red Bull racer when doing that stuff.

BTW check the size of your 4s batteries against the specs of the one PA supplies. I had a Turnigy 4s that wouldn't fit far enough forward into the bulkhead to allow me to get the CG right.
Mr K,

Thanks for the info. The packs I've got are Hyperion VX 2200 4s 35c: 105mm L x 34mm W x 32.4mm H @ 247g; Hyperion EX 2200 4s 45c: 105 x 34 x 35 @ 257g;Thunder Power G6 2250 4s 65c: 102 x 35 x 36 @ 251g. PA 2200 4s pack: 101.2mm x 35mm x 30.6mm @ 216g.

Given that my packs are a bit heavier than PA's pack, I should be able to get the CG right.

Hey Reflex Films,

Yeah i did recognise a lot of the scenes from the 3D Fraud scandal video, love the vids by the way, a nice change from the boring prom vids the other manufacturers use.

Definitely keen to hook for a fly! Let us know next time your in town.

No Brett, you were obviously a little nervous or distracted as tonight in the workshop you managed to squeeze it in just fine.

lol, another thing to say, that i found that when i started flying with 4S, i had the battery pack all the way forward, and then ended up moving it back about an inch, and it now tumbles even better! and feels just perfect! inverted is neutral so no elevator input is required. It really seems that once you find the sweet spot on the bandit the tumbles really come to life!

hi guys. just doing the math on this plane to see if it can fit in the hangar (well....budget). i was just wondering.... this kit does not come with wheel pants? they are only available in the bling pkg? mebbe i missed somethin....

Wheel pants are included, the ones in the bling pack are carbon fiber where the ones that come in the kit are fiber galss and painted.

Aaah shi...t, there is no free trade within EU.
My order with Braeckman was canceled and my money was returned.
PA monitors this forum and read my post. Then they told Braeckman not to deliver to Sweden as this territory belongs to the Danish dealer. And there are no Bandits in Denmark yet.
Disappointed with EU and PA, no blame on Braeckman.

Did I miss something? You can blame PA or your Danish dealer but why are you blaming EU?

Just drive over to the Bandit supplier and buy it in Euro cash.

All of east EU is pretty small in comparison to Australia.
