I was curious if one of you could post a pic or two of the motor mount?
@5:35 and 5:50 it seems to show more CF reinforcement than previous mounts, or was that something that was added by the builder (like the FG cloth in previous models)?

Alls you have to do is compare motor specs with thier motor recomendation Weight being the most important. You want to keep that within 5 to 7 grams if you can. Heavier being worse. Otherwise you will throw the whole plane off. Next your wattage . and you also want to consider bolt up. other than that you should have no problems.

Thanks for the positive feedback on the video. Matt as usual did a top job putting it all together. I am still buzzing from flying the Bandit last week! I only got to put 10 packs through and I was definitely still feeling out the airframe potential.

I am amazed by the tail response. I don’t really know how to describe it yet other than AWESOME! But I will say that I think it is important to get the suggested 50 degree throw on the elevator and as much throw as you can get on the rudder. I set up the tail servos (VTS 70MG) on one hole back from max throw on the servo arm, and I didn’t quite end up with 50 degrees, and while flying the plane felt like it could definitely handle more throw to get tighter waterfalls, and better rollers and walls etc. So I am going to change that before next flight for maximum fun.

The Bandit is the usual incredibly light airframe and it gave me no real high pucker factor moments throughout these flights, except I found that it needs a little bit of speed to land smoothly. All up the Bandit is an absolute winner and is going to teach me heaps and improve my flying a lot.

@ bsbauman, is this the CF plate on the motor cage you mentioned. I am pretty sure that has come with the ExtraMX kit and the ADDX as well. In case anyone is interested, the air scoop was glued using canopy glue which dries perfectly clear.

Hi PA team, congrats on coming up with another winner. Can you advise if Hitec servos would work with this plane? If so which model? Voltec servos are not available at my LHS and shipping them over does not make sense because of the high shipping cost. This.

Sub'ed, now when and where do I get one? Actually, I think we can get 3 of them.
