Thought I'd share some pics of my new eAVA FPV ship

Have bought a used eAVA which had some dent on the wing but now that is fixed. Have also buillt a FPV pod to be fastened on top of the wing so that the FPV equipment can be dismounted if I want to fly non FPV.

Also thinking of putting in a Last one down variometer in it.

Soon the maiden will be done.

Best regards / Kajaken

Nice idea but i think reality will quickly set in once all the interference sets in and your range is killed =)

nice pod.... you maximized and made all use of your small area....

I like that idea..... are you getting interference since all the
FPV gear is soo close to one another?

I have had all my FPV gear really close to eachother in my FPV EzStar without any problem (That I could see) so I think that it should work. In the EzStar it was even tighter.

Nastycop420 put the VTx in the outer part of the centre wing panel but I will test and see how it goes.

Some thoughts of your setup is posted on FPVLAB: http://fpvlab.com/forums/showthread....=3556#post3556

I think the drag might be considerate due to the otherwise slim cross section of the eAVA. Also the GoPro has been known to produce some RFI in the low UHF-band that might reduce your rc-link range. But it will be interesting to see your results.
