I thought a simple thread to show your design... and with a link to its build log or discusion thread might help everybody to select a kite to build..

...as it says its the basic flat frame kite, a variation of the IFO or Pro3 kite ..and a nice flyer

How about an Octagon.. the shape makes for a better braced design. and the flying is second to none..

This is one of my favorites.. It can be made fully of CF and fabric with a non working removable tail as per the simple design..
Or it can be made with a depron body and working rudder as in the picture..I must admit to liking the depron body and rudder, for making fitting the radio gear a doddle and for the improved flying a rudder makes possible
