You honestly might want to cut another vent hole in the cowl like most other models. Also did you cut the cooling hole in the bottom?
I think I agree with the extra cooling hole...I'm not hammering it; just a few full throttle bursts (<10 sec.) each flight and only after I've dropped the voltage some. Didn't have to cut a cooling hole, the fuselage comes with a one (see g. hanssmann's photos above).

Can anyone chime in who had flown the 20e and 35e on flight characteristic and behavior? Pros and cons of each model. I have the yak 40e now and the yak 10e, and am looking for a tweener. Which 1??
