Question
can I use T-28 Tx for other parkzone micro fliers?

Hi there,

I have just got my first ultra micro RTF. I have a little question for you micro pilot experts:

can I use the stock radio that I got from my RTF T-28 to fly other parkzone micro fliers, such as the J-3 cub or the p-51?

Thanks

Marco

You sure can. It will work with the Sukhoi and Mosquito as well. It's tough flying the Sukhoi with it though.

If you go much more than 100 yards or so, be aware that you'll run out of range very quickly with the stock radio. If you're staying in close, you'll be fine. Otherwise, get a DX5,6i,7,8... and you'll be fine.

Yep,

it makes perfect sense. However I think I will be fine as one this micro fliers are so tiny that I would not even be able to see then at 100 yards.

Cheers

I use a DX5e with all my micros. I have 6 micros bound to that radio, so when I am out at the field, I have to set trims up for the each plane. But yeah, use the EFLDSM4 radio, its good for its price.

Well, if you'll be flying in close, you should be fine. Like U_S said, you'll have to re-trim for each plane you have it bound to (like I forgot to do!) but that should be fine.
Good luck!
