Maybe Low 60s with a m645 if setup right....2p would be a must.

Scorp I have a m645 I put on the Pursuit tonight. Hope to test tomorrow.

So a leopard 4082 2200kv , turnigy 180a esc with a programming card with 2X 2s2p 5000mah 40c packs with a S&B m645 along with bullet connectors will be my next setup!
I would need a cooling jacket for this hot rod motor, and will i need to upgrade to dual cooling lines also?
I am excited for this project.
Thanks for all of the help and advices guys!

No......ever heard someone say "it was stupid fast"?..............means real fast. As Diesel pointed out.........most likely into the 60's.

I case you dont quite get all the "2p" stuff, you will need two more packs of what you already have and run two sets of two series packs for 10,000 mah. The 4082 will push the boat no problem, and the extra 16 oz. will only help it.

Another option is to run two of these packs in parallel. These are a super bargain and would give you 10,000 mah and 300amps constant!!

cant I use these 2s2p hardcase packs? http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=11614
I just took the boat out for a run and flipped it for the first time on 3-4inch chop. not a good idea but it stayed dry!

Yup, you'd have 8 cells in the boat, but you would have 2 pairs of 2x2 in series paralleled together.

Those hardcase packs won't give you the power you need. You will need 8000-10000mah of capacity. If you can find 2s8000mah or 2s10000mah packs you could run 4s1p like you are now, but it'll be much easier to find 2s4000 or 2s5000mah packs and just run them in parallel to get more capacity.

I think you may have meant 4s...................

Airplane, the packs you posted are only 5000 mah, dont let the 2p fool you, they are 2p inside.........2 sets of series 2500 cells.

No, I meant 8... Count the cells in a 4s2p configuration. It's only 4s in series, but there's still 8 individual cells...

Alright guys. I'm beyond confused. So i did a visual picture because i learn better visually .
So stock setup is running on two 2s 5000mah in series, because the the positive wire runs into the first battery then out to the next battery then back to multiply the voltage.
In the future upgrade setup, will be running on two 4s 5000mah in parallel, because the positive wire connects to both packs at the same time, and a negative wire draws both packs at the same time, keeping the voltage the same, but more capacity.
Is this all correct?
I drew out a diagram to help explain this.
Also i found an example of a parallel setup in somebody else's MG and it is a bit confusing.

If you run 2s4000 or 2s5000's in parallel you have 2s 8000 or 2s 10,000.........that was my point.

He needs to run 4s5000's in parallel like i suggested earlier.
