Nice vids! Go find a stream and do that again!

Also chi, your macro photography skills are improving! Good job documenting the SicRC parts!

The guy I'm putting the boat together for want a stealth lookin thing, not my cup of tea, but..

I will post some pics later, boat was easy to deal with..

Here is a thought for today..

A guy goes to the supermarket and notices a very attractive woman waving at him.
She says, 'Hello.'
>
He's rather taken aback because he can't place where he knows her from. So he asks, 'Do you know me?'
To which she replies, 'I think you're the father of one of my kids.'
Now his mind travels back to the only time he has ever been unfaithful to his wife.
So he asks, 'Are you the stripper from the bachelor party that I made love to on the
pool table, with all my buddies watching, while your partner whipped my butt with wet celery?'
She looks into his eyes and says calmly, 'No, I'm your son's teacher.'

LOL at that one Chi.
I know the feed through the transom thing shouldn't leak but I'm paranoid. You know the saying. "Just cause I'm paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after me".

As far as lights for the roll bar are concerned, try looking on r/c crawler sites. Here are some to get you started.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ansmann-Ra...trkparms=aid%3
http://www.cmldistribution.co.uk/cml...tId=0000006528
http://www.cmldistribution.co.uk/cml...tId=0000006525
http://prolineracing.com/performance...light-bar-kit/
You dont need to wire them if you don't want to.
and on the subject of crawlers, this next site is where I got my driver heads and I have realised the type 3 exhaust from here will make the rear part of the sprint boat headers for the engine in my steve boat.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/m.html?_fr...&_skc=75&rt=nc
Then I just need to wait up to 60 days for the Losi headers from the US and then do a bit (= A LOT) of heroic surgery on them.

T - terrific POV work in your dock area. As Fire says, next stop a stream.

Well, I have nothing to say but good about this boat..the ease of the build makes me laugh, like workin in a shallow bath tub..

Once again, the fit and finish are outstanding, the hatch seal is the real deal, better than the wing tape I use..

I wish I could have done more decorating, but, no deal..the roll bar aint on it yet, cant seem to locate it..

Now, to the conversation..Fire, I'm tryin..me and cameras dont get along..

Mad, trust me..easiest way to check your boat is hold it underwater, see where the bubbles come from..tight silicone hose aint leakin..

The light thing aint gonna work real well wired, gets too wet, then wires gotta run thru the deck..I just want em for looks, I appreciate all the help, guys..

Chi - doesn't always take that long, but always over 30days from anyone I can find with the headers. I've had other sorts of stuff much quicker. The headers seem to be different. The hobby shops quote 'up to 60 days' as the figure they get from US PriorityMail and so far it seems to be right. It's like when I get stuff from Oz. That takes forever, but on the other hand I get stuff from Hong Kong in 5days or less.
Don't forget, if you get stuff from here in 3 days that's us exporting it to you. With the headers it's the other way round. That's just me being smart alec, and to be fair I haven't the foggiest whether it's a problem with your post or ours except it always seems to take a long time to leave your shores, but whoever's at fault that's the way it is.

So if chi has drawn a blank, triumphjon, it seems you'll have to buy a complete Graupner drive if you want to keep your rescue boat on station

That's where I got my last ones. On ebay from the US. And they took 48 days to arrive.
Meanwhile I'll keep looking for lights for you, although I think you'll have to make up your own mounts if you want to screw them to an NQD or Steve rollcage. Something like a thin aluminum bracket around the rollbar with the ends protruding to form an area to take a small bolt or screw. A sort of 'u' bracket with the ends brought together.
