I wrap the area to be cut with some masking tape. Then using a razor saw, I cut around the circumference using only a pulling motion and light pressure. Once I have cut the entire circumference, i just keep cutting (still only pulling) til I'm all the way through. After it is cut and I remove the tape, I put a drop of CA on the end to help keep it from splitting. Be careful, I find the carbon dust to be pretty irritating on my skin.

Be very carefull with carbon fiber dust and wear breathing protection masks to avoid lung diseases (cancer for instance)!!!
A saw is better as powder particles are greater and can be cleaned easily. Try to cut pieces into water if possible.
Cutting with electric tools is easy and fast but the disks throw smaller particles in the air and then they're everywhere.

don t worry
with the age i become allergic to dust
i allways wear a protection
for me it was obvious
we live only once and the time is to short to make all those beautifull birds so spending it in the hospital...is a waste of time
i remenber one night the big pain with my eyes because using a grind machine i get a particle in the eye
i had to go to the emergency at 02.00 .
from there i allways wear protectives lens
it s mandatory in the factory where i work
