I always support Canadian businesses because the Customer service is the best in the world (NGH is a good example).

I would like to buy from your business but products are low-end.
I like high-end on FPV product.

As the above is not always possible (for me at least) i find that your camera
http://www.securitycamera2000.com/pr...-Security.html
functions better than other fpv committed cameras provided from FPV vendors.
I am only using this one and i am getting a second.

If you really want to get some interest, start posting video samples of the cameras on your site. Some advice, replicate the same scene and lighting for each sample. It will allow us to see the difference in quality between cameras. Upload to youtube or vimeo in the highest quality possible (or better yet, post the raw/uncompressed video for download. It doesn't have to be very long, so that would help keep the file size down). If you really want to be thorough, make part of the video sample with the vibration from a motor and prop running so we can see the differences between the ccd and cmos.

It would also be nice to see samples of the small dvr recordings.

Hi SC2000,
i use this cam http://www.securitycamera2000.com/pr...Security-.html .

the cam is mounted without osd-subprint. i wanted to change some settings for fpv and changed them in the osd. but after a new power up the is resetted to default values.

Thank you very much for your support!

We feel glad to hear that you find your best camera on our store. Certainly we will keep going to find more good cameras, and then you will not only just use this one. We want our products become diverse and meet different customer needs even though we are not FPV vendor.

And welcome to buy from us again!

A lot of us are looking for a better priced Pixim based high resolution camera, but can't find any except here:

http://www.rangevideo.com/index.php?...roducts_id=158

If your esteemed company can source and supply us such a camera (or something of even better quality), we'd be eternally grateful.

Hi SC2000, I have been buying all my cameras, lenses and vid tx/rx's from you for the last two years. Great products, reliable, tested before shipping etc. I would have liked to buy patch antennas from you but you did not stock them. Other than that I am very happy with your products, prices and quick shipping.

Keep up the good work.

Cheers

I have to thank you for your brilliant suggestion!

Also actually the next step we are now thinking of is to improve the introduction of our each product. We may add some video samples for this part.

If you have any other advice next time, do let us know. Thank you again!

SC2000, Welcome to the forum and thanks for asking for our feedback.

I have bought a few cameras from your store.
I have been very happy with the products and speed of shipping.

As techspy said, it would be great to see video samples from some of the cameras.

We FPV guys can be a picky bunch when it comes to how a camera performs in this very demanding (FPV) application.

For the video recorders, listing the recording bit rate, along with all other specs would be a great.

Bit rate is very important, but even more important is the ability of a recorder to continue recording when there is static in the signal.
It would be very helpful to know if a recorder can handle static and NOT stop recording during times when the signal is weak.

Perhaps you could test the recorders for their ability to handle static and put that info in the description.

Thank you!

Hi Thomas,

I am sorry for your inconvenience on this camera.

This is the solution we get from our technical support department:
First, you change the setting, then exit the menu, then power off. If this cannot work either, please try to recover to factory settings, and then change your favorite setting again, and then exit the menu. Normally, your setting can be store after that. If not, please power off and try again.

If there is still any problem, please notify us. We will make every effort to solve the problem for you.
