crap , just ordered a 100 amp controler ....what c 4000's are you guys using ?, i just checked ,the highest they have is 25c in the gens ace batts , ive had real good luck with the sky lipos , and those are now in stock , up to 40c ....

Is 5245's the servos of choice ? is it ok on the rudder too ?

The 100 Is fine, and you can always take it out and use it on a 71" if you get one

It gives you alittle more " head room "

Airplanes don't take high " C " rating's like Heli's, as the airplane isn't under constant power like a heli. Anything 25C or more will work fine

One thing is get a 5C rating, so you can charge the lipo around 10-12 mintues with a good charger, vs a hour + thats only a 2C rating, they take over a hour to charge

You'll spend more time flying, and less time charging

I'm using Hitec HS-225's...no problems in my 57" Extra, 55" Edge, and 59" Slick...

I'm also going with the HS 225's , I'm pricing them now, looks like the 225MG's are around $23.00 a pc from toms rc

SteveTtooo did you go with the MG or BB servo's?

I have not bought anything but MG or TG servos for many years. I would rather have a little eventual wear/slop than having a servo gear strip...YMMV...

10/4, thanks, for the price difference , it's not worth it to go with a nylon gear servo

I'm trying to find a ( 4 ) pack online now, for around $23 bucks a servo 225MG

Looks like Toms RC has only 3 packs, and they dont have a single in stock
