Can you run 6S on the 59", or would it be to much in Florida?

I could use my 6S 5000mah lipos for both the 71" & the 59"

6S 5000mah would be far too much.

More like 6S 2750-3000mah.

Thanks, I figured that

I pre-ordered the 59", and have to buy the recommended set up here soon

One question, the servos recommended looks like their less then the 51" Slicks use, I was wondering are the servos recommended ok for a 59" plane?

51" Slick uses HS-85MG.

59" Uses larger HS-225MG.

Good enuff for me, I will go 5S. Thanks again for the great designs and for being so helpful! I can't wait for the orange 59 to arrive! I have the Futaba servos and the ICE 100 waiting, now for the motor/battery order tomorrow...

If using HS-225MG, which Dubro servo arms will go with it or if they are not really required?

With HS-85MG 3DHS suggests to use DUB-672 Servo Arms. Will these work with HS-225MG?

I'm new to this size plane and bought hitec 5245 servos for it.

Will the stock arms do the job as far as getting the needed throws or do I need to get longer aftermarket ones?

Slick.
You might want a 15x7 prop, I tried a 14x7, 15x6, and landed on a 15x7 with that motor. Not that the 14x7 won't fly it, but the motor is capable of more power pretty comfortably, and the 15x7 gets you that power.

What is your flight time with the 15x7?
