Just got my Proto type custom AXI/Mamo mount from the laser guys!! We will be doing them with a cnc router because the fiberglass from this material and thickness is charring the edges a little, but this is how it looks so far!!!

The mount looks great but can I suggest that with all the material you have left in the centre that you pop a set of holes in place to suit the hacker a20 34s too

Looks great Pat!! I will do vectored on my next one , I plan on doing a milled ECHO or Sentinel to shave the weight, The one pictured above is 168 gram AUW which is a little higher than what I wanted but should be fine for my first one!! Keep the pics coming!!!

Just send me an email at xtremefoamies@yahoo.com and in the subject put AXI/mamo mount X1 or how ever many you would like!!!Keep in mind these may be made out of Aircraft grade plywood if the laser has issues with the G10 stock!! I am hoping to have them in week and then will determine a price! It should be respectful!!

Thanks

Looking over the pics you have of your system mounted, I would suggest maybe putting some tape like in this pic (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/attac...mentid=3607769) on the side of your mounts where it touches the depron. In my arrow the first mount I had did not withstand the torque and twisting, so it ripped itself off and started to chew up the inside of the plane. Your mount looks great for a vector thrusting mount. Keep me updated on the part and pricing, I am very interested!
