It is not a "Warhol" rather than a war zone in water world.....
Now over 16 hours of deluge rain. The childrens house completely flooded.
We have mini Niagara falls coming down the staircase and a Colorado river across the lower level of the house. Water everywhere....

Starting from the north of Taiwan many cities are flooded up to the 2nd. floor.
The night mare continues and just gets worse and worse....

Many thanks again to all for your hearty concern after the last 48 hours of doom.

Just want to announce that we are all OK!
Whole Taiwan has to recover now from an island wide disaster, where many lost their homes and even their life..... Still the whole extend can't be overlooked since many places are cut off due to missing streets, bridges and land slides and still persisting flooding.
Just 5 minutes before power and net connections had been restored to our home but still our water supply is blocked. Soon as the water supply will be restored we can begin to clear and clean the mess. Till then we will need a few hours of sleep.

Just in case I didn't reply to any mail which might have been lost, please sent your mails again.

We hope that we can manage to continue our production by middle to end of next week and may we have your understanding for this reasonable delay which might arise....

I finally stuck a How High in my X2. I was experimenting with the preset launch that I am accustomed to, and a 'no preset' variety that is championed by Father Roland.

From the NO preset launches, my highest and best launch out of the 20 or so that I measured was 196ft. This one launch had the proper ~65degree climb angle. The others were flatter and closer to 50-55degrees, and only reached an altitude of 176ft max. But, and this is a good thing, the glider was quite a decent distance up wind from where I launched it.

On the YES preset side, I had much greater consistency, and hit 200ft twice and 196ft twice, with a smattering of high 180's and low 190's.

Conditions at my lunch time practice site have been consistently westerly wind at about 8mph, with great thermal conditions. So, it's really easy to tell when I launch into a thermal or not. Lets just say I wish I could launch thermal high without one

Going out today with the How High in the X3.
